ACQUISITION
We work directly with growers of the central and northern highlands of Nicaragua to acquire beans from the most recent season. This in turn allows us to meet consumers’ most desired characteristics: beans that are soft and with a short cooking time.
PROCESSING
Humidity, debris, and weevils are beans’ worst enemies. As such, we work with processing plants that dry, treat, clean, and sort the beans to ensure that they meet the agricultural and environmental regulations of your country.
PACKAGING
We work in direct consultation with our clients’ procurement team to customize the packaging size, strength, and design, according to specifications. We work with plastic suppliers and design firms to ensure that they meet the standards set by the consumer protection agencies of your country regarding food contact materials and product labeling.
LOGISTICS
We coordinate with our clients a timeline that ensures a safe, prompt, and punctual delivery. Our product is packed to facilitate handling across multimodal transportation platforms, and to ensure compliance with cargo and import regulations. The cargo can be received at the packing plant or at your distribution center.
